How is the subscription different than financing or a rent-to-own program?
The Flowic subscription is not a financing (i.e. "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you DO NOT have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.
What if there’s an issue with my device? Is there a warranty?
Yes, all Flowic devices are covered under warranty for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are current. If your product breaks or is defective, just let us know and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge. In cases of severe damage due to gross negligence or abuse, a damage fee may apply to cover replacement parts, repair labor, or shipping costs.
How do cancellations work?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your portal. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any subscription payments for 14 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. You must use the packaging your order was originally delivered in. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. If you don’t return your item, your subscription payments will continue as normal.
How does payment work? Can I change my payment method?
Your subscription will renew automatically each month. You must keep an active payment method on file at all times, ensuring funds are present and there are no holds on the card. You may update your payment method by logging into your account.
Am I paying for my subscription before I receive the product?
No. While we do require up-front payment to place your order, your card will not be charged until your order is approved. Your subscription will officially begin on the day your order is delivered, which will be the start of your first billing cycle. Future subscription payments will continue from that date. Thus, you are not charged for the time between placing your order and receiving your product.
I see the name Fragile in checkout. Who is this?
Flowic partners with Fragile to offer this subscription option; Fragile handles customer fraud prevention, billing, and returns.
